Double Regression Function Auto-Regression 10+6 cm When repositioning the backrest and thigh rest, the Y6w makes the back plate retreat 10cm and the thigh plate retreats 6cm so to minimises the pressure and shear forces in the patient's pelvic region. This results in a significant reduction in the development of pressure ulcers.
